Plus, Sony is coming up with a new show on IVF. Saw the trailer but felt disappointed. What about you?

That's good. I believe I had told, had quit it in start cos it got way typical.

Yes, Sony is. Yesterday my friend too told me about it and all, it's a kinda different theme. But I don't find interest in it, honestly. Like why is there a need to show her divorced?

I believe in the topic, Vicky Donor was one movie which handled everything well.

Edit: she isn't divorced I guess.

Okay!

Actually, I watched the one where she was opting for IVF and they showed the ML.

My issue is, it's a sensitive topic. We may not find the right guy but why should we remain childless too? We can adopt or give birth through IVF.

Normally it's strictly confidential and you don't even know who the donor is. From the looks of it, it seemed like they'll shove a romance angle too just because he's the father.

Then what's new in it? What about the independent woman who wants a child but not a partner?

I know it's too early to comment but somehow it reminded me of Jane The Virgin. Although, I haven't watched that as well.

Thanks for the wishes in PM.

I have to go for some work, so we will discuss this later. We can even take Nikki in this discussion and see her views.

Ummm... yes, I did see the promo but honestly, I'm not much impressed with it. Specifically towards the end where they indicated a probable romantic angle...

Rest, the topic is a sensitive one... women do want kids but they don't want to marry. So, adoption, IVF etc are great options. So, yes topic is a nice one...

My sentiments exactly! 🤗 🤗 🤗

I was telling this to Madhura too. Motherhood and companionship are two different things. Just because someone doesn't want to get married or isn't romantically involved, why can't he/she have a child through some other meanings like adoption/surrogacy or IVF?

But here too it seems like they are gonna shove a romantic angle. So I am not impressed.

Exactly!! Motherhood (or should I say parenthood?) and companionship are two different things. There are many people who don't want to get married but they want kids of their own... so, why can't they have kids by adoption, surrogacy or IVF? We have many real life examples too in this regard...

Exactly!! By the promo it seems that they are going to shove a romantic angle in our faces... so, I'm not impressed with it.
