They had to be united and complete packages or play some pranks ans secret tasks.

From what I've read - he's been getting a lot of support - enough that it can potentially threaten Rubina's fanbase. Why do you think he's being sidelined? And in this it was necessary - because he's really good at tasks - and Rubina sucks at them.
