Agreed. There's no question that what Jas did was nasty on every level - so what he's saying is not wrong - but when your actions are enabling other people's nasty behaviour, then that is a vicious circle of your own making. What others do is on them. How you deal with it - is on you.

There's no question that what she did was lower than low. I'd rather she gave 10 gaalis on the face, then use this to hit someone where it hurts the most, under the guise of being nice. To me - that requires inherent nastiness.
