Mumbai Police def broke criminal code of procedure by not filing an FIR for the 60 or so days they were suppose to be investigating this case. Not to mention they are required to seal the crime site which they didn't. And Sushant's family complained that his life was in danger during Feb as they were having so much trouble contacting him with SIM cards and servant changes. The M police offered no protection or did any Investigation on this matter. All because they didn't come in person to complaint.

Not sealing scene of crime ? Botched up PM report , Not taking action on Feb complain - these are just few out of Too many red flags. Opposing CBI inquiry , quarantine Bihar police officer - they did worse while covering up this case , it only triggered n indicated something is fishy n indeed it was - We should thank them for their overconfidence and running campaign with mafia to declare it suicide when it wasn't and now not only Sushant's , even Disha's truth is almost open in public , else they wouldn't have tossed these murders as suicide like many others before.

Disha's case is clear cut foul play. Correct, Deleting her file is one thing, first saying she committed suicide (she has no reason to, as stated by her own parents) , then claiming she accidentally slipped😲 , They thought they could do anything n no one will question since it's their Government. Glad that they were overconfident n drunk in power , they exposed themselves with open loopholes.

Unfortunately all SSR death related cases are to be "investigated" by the CBI and the CBI only, so this major Angle will never be looked into...just like we've heard everything about Sushant except for what happened in the last week of his life. Guess the "truth seekers" are OK with this.

THIS! Just the fact that they are doing this should put up anyone’s antenna. These were the same people who never stood up for Shweta Basu Prasaad when she was falsely accused of prostitution. Or Shiney Ahuja when he was going through a media trial. He was guilty but that only gotten proven later. Regardless of whether Rhea gets proven guilty or not. Why so much selective support for this nobody before hand and no one else that went through the same thing ???

How do you know the CBI wasn't supporting the sister because they already have have found valid proof against this?

So in this FIR the CBI claims Rhea is contradicting or deviating from her previous statements.

"On Rhea making the allegations after almost 90 days of the late actor's death, the CBI noted that Rhea’s “deviation from earlier statements casts a serious doubt on the bonafides of the person making such a statement.”"

To this, CBI further adds that, "these facts reveal that Rhea was not even sure about the allegations levelled by her based on which the FIR No. 576 of 2020 was registered. In light of the submissions made by the complainant, as mentioned above, it is clear that the instant FIR is not valid in law."

They were interrogating her before she filed this FIR with the muder police.

AFAIK Deepika and her husband have been lying low since the pandemic. I liked it both got it that it would be insensitive of them to annoy people with PR bombs at that time. It has got nothing to do with DP getting called by the NCB.
