Which films would you classify as "cult hits" of last decade i.e. from 2010-2019?

For me:

1. Dabbang

2. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara

3. Dangal

4. Andadhun

5. Queen

6. Tanu Weds Manu 2

These movies will probably go down in history of BW, movies that pleased both the critics and mass audiences

A movie being cult is not a personal opinion. A movie is either a cult or it's not....and the only movie released in last decade which is called a cult film is Gangs Of Wasseypur.

For me movies that were popular mainstream are not cult hits, they are just hits overall.

Lootera is cult hit in my opinion. It didn't appeal to the masses but the people who loved them really loved them and acted like it is one of the best films ever created.

Tumbadd as well. Not a box office hit but big fan following.

Well said. Cult hits are not those which are hit anyway. Lootera and Tumbadd are great illustrations, especially Lootera!

Right the whole reason cult hits are called "cult" hits is because it mainly appeals to a narrow group of people. If it appeals to a broader mass then it is not a cult hit, it is a hit.

A cult film or cult movie, also commonly referred to as a cult classic, is a film that has acquired a cult following. Cult films are known for their dedicated, passionate fanbase which forms an elaborate subculture that engage in repeated viewings, quoting dialogue, and audience participation.

By that definition, Dabangg is definitely a cult hit. Chulbul Pandey is considered iconic among a subsection of the audience.

Kabir Singh can also be considered a cult hit.
