Makers are focusing more on Bani’s feelings as it holds more weight. Can’t wait to see Bani’s transformation to Veer ki dewani as per Veer’s confident dawa 😉

@bold: True. She thinks she should protect Jay because she couldn't protect Hriday, toh all of those feelings are superimposed onto him. Never mind the fact that she practically friendzoned Jay the other ep, and constantly reminds him how this is her revenge (how can that be, if Hriday/Jay is the reason you're taking that revenge in the first place?! Unless of course the real reason for her revenge is not Hriday's death at all, but her own humiliation at the hands of Akesh and his gang).

Ab Meera is constantly in her ear telling her that perhaps Veer isn't really the same as he was in the beginning, and maybe never was Aakesh in the way Bani believes him to be, but of course Bani yeh sunna nahi chahti, because then it negates her entire existence! Her sole reason for reincarnation was to destroy Aakesh, now if Aakesh is no longer even a factor, toh phir Naageshwari ne dobara janam hi kyun liya?! Of course, when she realises that kalyug main badlav toh aaya hai, lekin dushman abhi bhi hai (Jay), she'll realise that her vengeance can still be achieved, bas target is different

Yes, Veer might distance himself. It may be because he's hurt at learning she's Naageshwari/is plotting with Jay etc., or it may be some new way of his to coax a reaction from her (IMO the latter is more likely with our badmash Veer!). Since he's now listening to what Meera said, about not forcing an emotion from Bani, he may think taking a step back will make her miss him, crave his teasing and provoking and his "sweetheart" and "gharwali", and then gravitate towards him. Ho sakta hain...I wouldn't mind watching that!

Seriously, I am now going to get more irritated with Veer. Areeee you told Bani more than enough about your emotions. Give her time to reconsider your proposal by granting her some time off. Meera di was right and I feel Bani’s truth coming out like this will provoke him to maintain that distance( I would be so happy honestly) jab tak doori nahe hogi, she will never know what Veer means to her. The more he is going to run after her, the more she is going to run away because she feels suffocated.

I think the way he's framed this "24 ghante" wala challenge, it must make Bani feel like being contrary just for the sake of it - like her "main yehi soch rahi thi ke aaj poora din mera sir dard hone wala hain" like she will deliberately not say what he wants even if she feels it, just because he's demanding it and nobody demands anything from Bani, even Veer 😆

When he backs off and ignores her, or even just calls her by her name and stops all his Veer-giri, tab she will feel the absence of him, the names she's gotten used to, the fact that he's not giving her any bhao. Then she'll provoke him to try and get him back to the Veer she knows (and loves).

But yeah, in all honesty, Bani (thinks she) knows her mind, so anyone trying to force her to think in a different direction will get short shrift. We've seen her do this with Jay, and we've seen this with Veer too. She will get there, in time, but she needs to feel like it was her choice, and that can only happen if she doesn't feel nagged into making a declaration before she's ready.

Edit: That said, if something happens to Veer, if he's hurt in some way in next week's eps, then Bani will make her concern for him obvious. Toh I guess one way or another Veer will win this challenge!

Haha, sach mein - I don't want them to be the "tere sang pyar main nahin thodna" dancing around trees types in fact, any and all comparisons with Naageshwari-Hriday's "janam janmanter ka pyar" can be avoided. Yes, the harsh and hateful words can disappear forever, par pyar mein thoda theekapan hona zaroor hai, warna mazaa nahin aata. Waise Veer and Bani are both headstrong, ziddi bachche, so I feel like they'll never be short of things to tussle over 😉

What I fail to understand is when Veer has asked her countless amount of time the reason why she hates him. She needed to be specific. Why didn’t Bani pointed out the things which bothered her and why she gets miffed by him all the time? Bani needs to be blunt and explicit.

Nobody expects her to change over time. I have almost zero expectations that Bani would change anytime soon considering what she gone through thousands of years ago. It’s understandable. What I am looking for in her, is to be vigilant to Veer’s actions than his words. Give him a chance to narrate of the things he feels. Build basic understandings even if it’s 1% .

@bold!! Exactly!! This is it. I definitely don’t expect her to fall in love overnight. I just want her to be what she is. Saamne baat karo, peeth piche waar nahi. That was very unbecoming of Bani. She’s headstrong and courageous yet this was a low blow.
im surprised that she’s never spoken of Noor, that’s a solid reason to question/accuse Veer. What is she waiting for? Some mahurat!!
