I believe she never had more than attraction out of gratitude for Yuvraj hence she is failing to realise her true love for Rudra.

If it was more than attraction for Yuvraj then she could have easily understood what is it for Rudra cause she had experienced these feelings before.

Though Pree never reached Rudra's heights of craziness, there are small reactions from her embedded in scenes throughout jismein its clear that its both ways and with some inkling on her side as well.

Even Sargun basically hinted at same thing in the pre-party interview.

Now, just for the sake of drama & MU & what not, they have butchered her character progression/development.
