From past records, joh villain (according to me) waala group hota hai woh kaafi tight rehta hai.

Because there is one leader who the rest mostly follow. Which is Rubbu here.

The other group is formed out of convenience and combined hatred for the opposite group. But here mostly people have their own mind and ego. So iss group kaa tootna eventually is pretty unavoidable, and I have a feeling would happen sooner or later.
