I never realized how much I disliked Avni until today's episode. Why was she even in that scene today?

If she is going to be a typical vamp, then I would rather they show that. Show we scheming and KalMa ruining her schemes. Seems like she is just coming in every once in a while to cause unnecessary OTT drama. How does it make sense that she keeps coming and saying Malhar is her husband and that they love each other when she knows that they are not married?
