So the first thing they or she should have done is trace or enquire about trilok with whom pillu was scene for last time

Malhar I think never did anything or any revenge after pillu kallu death lost man ban gaya like kya faide 2 dead won't return

Kallu ne never took steps like that

Even now it is trilok who called kallu

Only explanation I can think of is that when she opened Pillu's file and looked into Trilok, it was probably reported that he was in a coma. So what is the use of running after him? He won't be able to say anything. Maybe information in her file was not updated.
