Ragini - a mentally unstable person?

Well, I just saw on Wikipedia that Dadi character's name is Chandrika Rai Singhania. In Wikipedia,

they also mentioned that Ragini is a mentally unstable person.

She looks like a mentally unstable.some news portal too are spreading this.

Ragini could be mentally unstable. Maybe a trauma made her like this and she could be in danger which is why Vansh told everybody that Ragini died while he is keeping her protected.

I believe that something really tragic happened to Ragini & her family in the past that left her mentally unstable. And Vansh deliberately spread up rumors regarding Ragini's death so that he could keep her safe, perhaps she also knows something which is important for Vansh to know.

We know that new villain guys may pop up in the show so one such villain guy could have done this to Ragini.
