Are people(public) giving up on this season too soon?

I was amongst the ones who had given up on this season with the contestants still being lost even at the end of 3rd week but to be fair for them this third week is the first actual week where they got to play by themselves.

The real season has just started this the last week.

The shifting group dynamics was an interesting watch in the captaincy task. They did try strategizing and making alliances .. there definitely was some efforts being put in. A couple of weeks more and clear base groups would be formed too. I can already see a strong bond forming between Nikki and Pavitra.

Eijaz will have a strong group/bond with Kavita coming in.

Jaan/Nishant have their bromance thing going on.. Nishant might completely join hands with Rubina and gang but this gang is still missing a super motivated person, maybe Shardul or Naina would fill in the space.

The thing that was missing till now in my opinion was the drive to win, people weren't motivated enough but with the wild cards entering it should take the game to the next level.

According to me this senior concept did a damage in the show to become seniors fav and to impress them so that they become confirmed sadasya was the contestant's main priority rather than forming a bond and focusing on their game

I agree that possibly the captaincy task had some good amount of strategising which was good to watch but it again came at the cost of friendship or bond that these people seem to have formed. And when the captaincy was taken back there was no reaction/repercussions. Coz as you rightly said these people are missing a drive to win/compete.

Salman also pointed out that tho seniors din have anything to win/lose, they made efforts, they strategised and made alliances. But the freshers just followed instructions without making any efforts.

I hope the WCs can turn the game around.

Yes exactly! Their entire focus was in winning over the seniors and not using their own brains or actual geling with other freshers.

None of them really like Nikki. Nishant atleast for sure doesn't.. their personalities don't match. Jaan maybe confused .. dil ki sune ya dimag ki. His dimag again probably says Nikki is not the right person to form alliance with but his heart has a soft spot for her. The group was bound to break as they were sticking together due to lack of options!

This is another issue with the season.. there are very few contestants to begin with. Seniors ke chakar mei BB ne actual contestants kum kardiya. Now with these WCs coming in Thora bohot to competition badna hi chaiye.

Let's see .. I'm excited for the next few episodes. If the show doesn't pick up even after that then I might give up on the show but abi I guess at least two weeks more toh de hi sakte hai iss season ko

Not really, having Sid or any of the seniors just ruined the whole season for me. Like the blatant favouritism last year wasn't enough, they had to evict Shehzad and Sara. Haven't watched any full episodes this year and not planning to either.

I think this season is lacking something, dont know what exactly but somehting. However, I dont this season is as bad. There have been worse seasons.

I think people just want to watch genuine fights where they can pick a person to root for. That's what BB has always been about. That's why this week was disappointing because pavitra and eijaz ka fight was so useless and forced.

I do think things will improve though.

@bold absolutely you need people for dynamics and groups to build, the house is way too empty. It should have started with a full house and people need time to build that rapport, what was the point of getting seniors who eventually had to leave.

I wouldn’t say this season is as bad as BB12 but it’s just okay nobody has really stood out much let’s hope the wild cards shake up the house a little
