Exactly, drug peddling & consumption is illegal, but this goon police allowed these Bollywood druggies to consume, supply right under their eyes and nose, underworld people are roaming freely, instead of investigating and arresting those, they are going after those who exposed these druggies,. clear Bollywood has a nexus with Police for protection from all these shady illegal activities. There is no other explanation

Actors play huge taxes to the state and hence state does not want actors to leave their state and protect the money coming in , in return, they give protection
