The International Press Institute and Belgium-based International Federation of Journalists on Tuesday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modito drop all charges against journalists, including those under the draconian sedition laws, that have been imposed on them for their work.

In a joint statement, the global media groups asked the prime minister to take immediate steps to ensure that journalists can work “without harassment and fear of reprisal”. Journalistic work, they said, cannot be equated to sedition or undermining security.

Wow you seem to know a lot about him. I knew he was shady due to the tweet itself. "He was going the Parveen Babi way" DUDE you are not a qualified psychiatrist to be saying that. But I recently researched all his other shady business. Other NRI friends came and told me the story about Parveen Bhabi and how the dhood wala found her dead.

i don't know what to say about the way PBS is behaving........... at one side I know that nothing will happen to Arnab and his team, in fact, they are coming out as hero's..........but that's what baffles me......... I mean how can PBS be stupid to this extent..........or is there a more sinister plan ??

How come they are openly talking about planning against republic and how government machinery is being used just to shut down republic...... or how its sure that Arnab will commit suicide ??

There is some more chankya niti going in, in there.....that's for sure.......but is it positive or negative ??
