Yes, Vishaka, Shesha and Brinda addressed Bela as 'naagrani' at the end of season 4. None of them called her 'maha naagrani'.

Bela is MahaNaagrani only, she had come back from the dead to help Brinda towards the end just like Shesha. The latest Naagrani was Manyata’s mother.

It wasn’t shown but she along with Shesha and Naageshwari came back from the afterlife. Shesha was dead remember and so was Naageshwari. It was the same for Shivangi as well when she came back to help bela in season 3 finale.

When Bela returned in the finale she expressed her fury towards Vish. She was like Vish had betrayed her, which makes me believe that she had killed Bela between the time after the finale and the opening of season 4. When Manyata saw Vish she was like Vish is an enemy not a friend, obviously she had done something to prove herself the enemy of sheshnaag clan.
