Om Shanti Om Vs Sawariya - Best Soundtrack of 2007

Two of the most anticipated films of 2008. While their fates were completely opposite, the soundtracks were the most successful ones that year. So can't vote for one!

If we are talking about BEST soundtrack of 2007, then there is Aap Ka Suroor and Awarapan in the competition as well.

Between the two, I have listened to Saawariya more (as a complete album). And still, listen to now and then.

With OSO, it was all about a couple of songs, which are still pleasant to hear.

So, I go with Saawariya.

Awarapan - love the movie and music

As a complete album - and melody wise, i think Saawariya is better.

If I think of all the songs from both movies Main agar kahoon by far is my most favorite song but saawariya overall had more music that I thought were nice. I love thode badmash, and jaan e jaan. I also like jab se tere naina and yun shabnami.

From OSO, beside main agar kahoon I think ajab si amazing. The rest of the soundtrack is really fun but nothing to cry over.

OSO, tho to be fair, I've never watched Sawaariya 😆

Songs are still played and remembered be it Dard-E-Disco, Deewangi, Dhoom Tana for parties. Aakhon me teri, Main Agar kahu for romantic sequences and Jag suna lage for the emotional/sad sequences.

But, the Dastan-E-OSO was absolutely spectacular!

I don't remember saawariya songs except that aaaa sawariya line . But OSO I remember every freakin song from chhan se jo toota koi sapna to darde disco😆

I loved sawariya album

Obviously Saawariya by miles. That other film and its music was loud and trashy.
