Absolutely she was the best part of the movie. Not only did she dance well but she acted well too.

There's a reason Nisha has become a huge deal. Previously most modern girls on screen were the villians while the Indian Sati Savitri would be the hero's love. Hypocrisy bullshit.

Nisha was the first "Westernised" protagonist who wasn't shown to be the bad girl. We all could relate to her. That wearing crop tops, shorts, dresses doesn't define our character.

Till date I've seen many Nishas losing Rahuls over Poojas...and most of the time the Nishas are the good girls while the Poojas hide their true nature behind their salwar kameez. Its the bitter truth.

DTPH must have had its flaws but it was the first major film to call out this salwar kameez over shorts bs.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Indian wear. But to use that as a tool to define a character is downright stupid.

I do love this film. Yes it's a bit silly and has very little plot but it has great moments as well. All the scenes between Karishma and SRK were great and I did like Madhuri's slightly dreamy scenes too.

Madhuri looked old infront of SRK and miscast instead😔 Even in the faceoff, Lolo stood out. Imagine Aish or Urmila in Madhuri's role..
