Rudra is an emosh mess ball most of the times & his heart rules him, so don't think he's overtly analysing anything logically.
He's not really thinking about why is Pree getting hurt/jealous if she never cared about him in the first place. This will come in later when he actually calms down a bit more and he realises that Preesha has not behaved the way she should have if she never cared for him.
He's just taking the first things near him to hurt her in any way, without much analysis of the why's and the how's. That will come later.
Right now he's enjoying giving her a small measure of the hurt he's going through and enjoying watching her misery.
