I think they have been brought up her there to make her realise the different Anirudh, today she noticed that change and she was bit shocked too.

She is his junoon... in a way. Mini was surprised that he is so dedicated to his mission and he knows Bondita so well. She is living under the impression that her wishes and commands trumps everyone elses in Anirudh's life. As she said to herself- Yeh Anirudh meri baat kyu nahi maan raha hai?

She expected him to obey her because she is supposedly the most important person in his life.

First shocked she got seeing the dirty room, she was like "Anirudh who is so neat and clean is staying in this dirty room that too for that Bondita".
