I still don’t understand why people were losing their shit over this movie? Lol. I agree with others who wish the friendships had more depth but it was still a fun watch for me. I watched it in theaters and had a ball! I enjoyed all the girls but Swara was definitely the highlight for me. The fact that this movie had trouble finding financers and then ended up being a big success makes me so happy. It encourages scriptwriters to develop more stories based on female friendships and producers will also feel more confident in investing in these kinds of films. I really appreciate Kareena for giving this movie a go, her name attached to the film gave it a huge boost.
