Chinmayee has sung in Bollywood movies and that's why I have posted it. The lyricist isn't a part of Bollywood. He writes for Tamil films

It's been in news since a long time! It's the biggest controversy Kollywood industry has seen so far! Both Vairamuthu Aiyaa and Chinmayi Ma'am are respected persons, their contribution to the industry is huge! But this problem haven't reached a conclusion yet! It's still going on!

I don't know much Tamil, yet I found Vairamuthu's lyrics in Alaipayuthey fabulous..I felt he outdid Gulzar's lyrics in Saathiya in the same tune set by AR Rahman.

Chinmayi is a fine singer...loved her in 2 states and Sairat

This incident has hurt me even though I don't know much about Tamil industry

A few people have come out in her support but Vairamuthu is a veteran and also has some political influence according to rumours. Most people have stayed away as there is no way to know the truth. Generally political parties take camps but then the two big national political parties don't have much presence in Tamil Nadu and both the people involved have quite similar political ideology (not very sure about this point), so no blessings from the detractors of the man. Both are very good at their jobs and hence have ardent fans who support them.

Chinmayi had also spoken out against Karthik (singer). There have been anonymous allegations against him and she supported the victims claims.
