Exactly! I pointed out the same thing. KT and Preeti have similar complexion and KT definitely isnt fair. This looks absolutely illogical to the viewers. The client flirts with a dark skinned man and have fun speaking to him and later she insults a woman with the same skin tone as that of KT.

Makers pls stop using/including Rajashree thakur's skin tone in your plot. Shaadi mubarak isnt about this. This seems repetitive. For god sake she has such beautiful complexion. Stop making it an issue in every serial she does. And stop showing preeti feeling bad about her skin tone as well.

A man is expected to be slightly tan to look manly, as per Indian standards. If too fair, he is labelled childish or effeminate.

KT looks what Indian society expects a good looking man to be. He didn't emphasize much on how fair he was, rather just how good-looking he was.
