Exactly. Gaali ki technicality ke aad pe chadh ke people end up saying equally nasty things if not worse. Issiliye itna issue banaane ka mujhe samajhta nahi hai. Especially if it is in the heat of the moment. Haa context also matters. Sometimes somethings are said to purposely to cause hurt and sometimes somethings comes out in the heat of the moment. So in the end context matters.
