Shukla & Eijaaz's conversation...

So, Eijaaz said that he living in with and was in a relationship with a girl which didn't work out and didn't end up in marriage. To which the girl threatened him that she'd impose rape charges on him for sleeping with her and now refusing to marry her...

To that, Shukla said something similar happened to him in the previous season. I didn't watch the previous season but was he referring to shehnaz?! Did they have a thing in the house? I thought it was all hype by fans.. and they're just friends... but now, even if they are just friends, why would he say something like that if it wasn't true...

I think if you have not watched you should not be taking names as this is how rumors spread ..

nothing like that happened in last season with shenaz and eijaaz here was talking about old story and Sid past was also part of last season .. that’s all it was

Siddharth didn't mention which incident he was talking about, he just said "something similar was about to happen to me last season" only he knows in what context he was saying, and I don't think we should assume things here!

Sid could be referring to the time when Rashmi told him not to touch her (in the kitchen) that became bit of an issue ... Even Mahira had initially told Sid not to get near her in the start

Devoleena threatened Shukla that she'll use MeToo on him for sexually harassing her.

What these men don't realize that even if the women are throwing empty threats and would not actually lodge a complaint, still they are a harasser or rapist in the eyes of law.

If Eijaz indeed promised a girl that he'll get married to her and landed her on bed based on that promise, then he IS a rapist. Him not knowing about this law is just an excuse which would have no value in Court.

It's the duty of every citizen of this country to know about every law and follow it. If you don't know and break it, then you are guilty and can get charged.

Sid was talking about how safe the house is and how Eijaz shouldn’t hold any inhibitions. He was only telling him that he (Sid) was in a similar situation last season and nothing majorly bad happened.

Eijaz seems ti be intimidated all the time. Sid was only assuring him that he can be bindaas inside the house, given how safe it is indoors.

RAPE IS NOT CONSENSUAL! Relationships end everyday, if u have consensual sex during a relationship, it is not RAPE . The law is messed up, it’s ok to Gang rape lil girls and women but u can’t have consensual sex with a grown woman who lives with u

No, he was referring to the me too thing which devoleena said to him....which literally made a joke of mee too. And the " haath mat lagana " thing which rashmi said for which he went to the big boss too....big boss explained him ki sab dekh rahe hain ....toh aapne nahi kiya toh aap chinta bhi na kare....kyonki jaise unka comment dikhaya jayega....aapka reaction bhi dikhaya jayega aur woh poora incident hi dikhaya jayega. Darshak khud decide kar lenge....that he was trying to explain to eijaz.....ki agar koi ladki usse yaha kuch galat blame karegi .....toh woh dikh jayega (i am not saying rashmi was trying to put him in a wrong image there as she clarified that she dint passed the comment in that context later on herself) but at that particular time ....sid was panicked that the world will feel that he tried touching her unappropriately joh ki sach mein tha nahi....and he couldn't take that.....toh eijaz is also scared now of things....ki kya bolu ...kya karu....uske saath kuch galat na ho jaaye....woh darta hain....kyonki according to him a girl blamed him wrongly outside and put him into a case.......toh sid was explaining to him....ki nahi hoga galat....this is the safest house.....kyonki poori incident audience ke saamne hi hain. Sabko dikh raha hain toh woh tension na le.

Sorry to say but by law ...if you promise someone marriage before getting physical with them...then that consent is not considered consent...cause it is based on a marriage promise....the girl there is dreaming marriage, considering the guy to be future husband and thus if it happens that way, it is very much considered as rape. If you are in a live in relationship and you haven't promised marriage to each other..and both the parties are okay with it.....then that it is not an issue. And no law in the world allows to gang rape little girls.....kuch bhi bol rahe ho aap.

Regarding eijaz....i don't know the whole story ...toh i dont know what exactly happened....so i won't comment on that.
