Its not abt dumping, it was abt taking a stand for banishing Vivek . Even Preeti understood that

Yes everyone is bringing good real world circumstances 😆but anyone think real world Preeti even stick around after seeing the elder couple banished ? She might be afraid it could happen to her. She may have done whatever Prem wanted and that’s her choice. If some people wanted her to stand up to him that’s fine. I guess it’s unrealistic but then it’s also unrealistic she didn’t run off when the family went in shambles. She stuck thru it and stuck by Prem even when he wanted to live in sin 😆

Arre...... yeh tho kuch bhi nahi . This film has even more weirder moments.

Vivek - Sadhna take the entire kaandaan for their honeymoon, which includes kids. And they all tag along shamelessly.

Some man in the movie says, “jis ghar mein humein ladies apne haathon se khilaye, Wahi ghar , ghar hota hain”.😕 And all the ladies clapping for that

When Neelam’s husband was cheated in the business , the insanely rich family doesn’t help her financially but promptly sends her family packing to set up their own business. And why doesn’t the daughter get a share in the property????

And who can forget , the “New Bahu orientation program”🤣

https://youtu.be/_Jd_bSJJVTw

But, all in all, it’s a fun movie to watch and make fun of.

Stand or no stand, how could he decide alone that he would never marry? Bechari larki ka Kia?😆 Preeti tou Chalo followed whatever anyone said blindly.. she barely had dialogues but wese hi, how can he take this huge decision without first taking Preeti into confidence?

No,

She shouldn't have married him

He creeped me out and his last expressions with glasses was more like "I had sex last night"

Cringe Fest

Too much sanskar sanskar was happening. The story and characters of this film were taken from a fairy tale. Women of these type of families don't have power to take important decisions, their families take decisions from them.

😆 You have aptly named it Sanskari torture 😆 that’s what it was for sure. Silly, cringy, (so called) sanskar overload. Felt like it was made by a bunch of kids who see everything in black and white with OTT or too subtle characters. Everything was silly in this movie.

Aah well isn't this family aspect, insanely strong bond and love for each other, between the brothers, were also an aspect of why Preeti loved about Prem. How could she complain if her hand got burnt in that. 😆

Jokes apart, it was not like Prem dropped Preeti for someone else. He decided not to marry altogether. I think that would be understandable to any girl given the reasons behind it. It was more important to support a heartbroken person at that time, than to raise issues like 'Why didn't you involve me while taking this decision'......... Preeti acted maturedly I'd say. Who knows if she ever raised this point later and Prem apologized. In my mind they did talk abt it later. ☺️
