yes this is why I got confused...so this is after the court orders Zandu ji?? If yes its contempt of court...she could even be jailed for that.....I hope her lawyer tells her that.

The court documents say she apologizes and withdraws her statement so if she posted these on twitter after - then yes it would go against the court documents.

The case isn’t closed , the next hearing both for the apology and monetary fine is on 12th October.

Payal’s lawyer in court has said “ written apology will be worked out with Richa and her lawyer “ . If Payal now backtracks “ in the court “ both she and her lawyer will have another case slapped on her ... this time by the court .

What she says or doesn’t say on Twitter means shit. The judge is not going to check her twitter for an apology . Lol 😂 The case is not fought in the twitter, but in the courtroom. If she is ordered by the court for a apology, she’ll do it in court or a official written letter. But, it’ll come for sure.
