That’s generalisation. I’m not worried about any favourites infact been vocal about justice for SSR and defended his family.

But the family did file abetment to suicide case which means they do believe he committed suicide but was pushed to it by Rhea and the other people mentioned in the FIR. So let CBI figure that out. Lets say its homicide, he was drugged and beaten and then someone else hung him. The family would have filed that case on Rhea because that theory was going on since the 1st week of his death. A family full of educated people wouldn’t have missed such a thing?

Lets say Mumbai Police and Politicians are riled up but how do we know what the meeting is about? If Arnab or Swamy knows so much about what goes inside the meeting why not record it? Once its out in public domain a case will definitely be filed.

I still support justice for SSR but what exactly is the case now? What are we fighting for?

@Bold - You summarized it. Bollywood is already exposed with their Drug endeavors now, Brands will be far away from them, Atleast their holier than thou image is gone and they ignore following loopholes ,looking other way:

Agree with both of your posts. If it was clear cut suicide case they would've been open about it since the very beginning. Since when did the homicide theory begin? Since the very beginning. None of the reports are in order. Autopsy report should've been neatly and professionally done. Everything is hidden. Sarasingh you have enlisted the points already. There are a few more than what you've mentioned.

I agree the person is dead and gone but if no justice is done then we need to be prepared for more suicides like this.

I am not even talking about this forum or any fans. This is a much more bigger picture than that.

Yah I missed few importantly - Explanation for Death of SAMEER Bangra on June 14th 2020, He was one of partners of SSR out of 3 , working on some stuff, Only 1 partner left , after both Sameer n SSR died.

And just got to know - There was no Videography of Autopsy on SSR 😲

And Right, If it was suicide, it won't have taken then even day to prove it with all evidence n findings . Cleaning crime scene n what transpired immediately after his death was enough to have doubts in people's mind. Thank God for Person who made Sushant's video on day of his death n circulated, marks were clearly seen and this could be substantial evidence in court

Dr M Padma - She has already sent her Analysis n Report to CBI Delhi wherein they transfered it to team in Mumbai some time back.

Death is bigger reality - Ultimately his family - 74yr old father n Sister has to live with fact that they won't be able to see him again. Their pain n Agony is beyond our comprehension. Shocked to hear his family being Vilified , being called Greedy and after his money, What is even left with Sushant - All is already WIPED by Rhea n Co. 🤢

I was never fan of Sushant , might have bashed him few times or judged him when Metoo allegation came neither did I hear about Disha before. I think all this should be beyond favorites fans or forum. All these questions need to be answered.

First and foremost any sane doctors even if they are Covid frontliners would have asked for Covid tests to be done prior to any kind of post mortem. It was not in a state of decay or infected that everything had to be done at such a jet speech. SSR's case is very much similar to Ayushi Talwar.

Honestly neither am I a fan of Sushant. But this incident has opened my eyes about BW. Kwan is another secret they want to hide about.....haha!

Most probably this Dr. Sudhir is attention seeker. When the case was with Mumbai Police to hog the lime light he made those claims without the actual details just going by what media was putting out there. In AIIMS, he is part of the team, where there were other doctors along with him. The conclusion was based on unanimous opinion of all the experts involved in this case and not an individual call. What has changed from then and now is access to all the details which was required to come to conclusion.

As mentioned in an earlier post, "AIIMS has neither denied any claims made by Dr. Sudhir Gupta or shunned the responsibility of the report. They just mentioned that the details required from the report can only be obtained from CBI as they submitted their report to them and it's a legal matter".

This is what concerns me! First, you don't even bring the Cooper doctors to testify under oath, spread news reports quoting suicide diagnosis and then disown direct responsibility for a clear-cut fact-based suicide vs homicide diagnosis. It's not the first time concerning a high profile celebrity case, but naively there was a hope to create a difference for a helpless victim. It's not just about what happens to this case specifically, but about what kind of precedent this is setting for more such cases of blatant contamination of evidence and cover-ups in future, with zero liability.

Yes, unfortunately ever since Arushi Talwar mismanagement case by CBI, I didn't have great expectations either. It's just unfortunate that SSR's case details is being discussed differently than say if RK or AB had had a similar situation happen to him. This is not about fandom or warriors or bots, but about being transparent and substantiate their theory with clear facts that were uncovered and letting people know a fair and just investigation was conducted...there has to be a reason why it took them soooo long to give a simple 1-statement answer that was "apparently too obvious right from the start". Each person, no matter his/her affiliation deserves a fair representation.

That being said, given the intense media ruckus and other such burning issues in India, it's really sad that we as public will be continue to be deceived and are in many ways helpless to uncover serious glaring issues, that are being brushed under the carpet.
