I know it sound silly and insensitive reading out details of someone's death report but there is no other option to stop this circus by media.

Most probably this Dr. Sudhir is attention seeker. When the case was with Mumbai Police to hog the lime light he made those claims without the actual details just going by what media was putting out there. In AIIMS, he is part of the team, where there were other doctors along with him. The conclusion was based on unanimous opinion of all the experts involved in this case and not an individual call. What has changed from then and now is access to all the details which was required to come to conclusion.

AIIMS has not taken responsibility of dr Sudhir's statement , yesterday this news came infact this report is not official also.

No agencies go 2 random twitter handle or news channel to give update of a high profile case.

NCB officials always come in public 2 give Statement.

It a just way to malign d agencies & govt .

Where has AIIMS disowned him? Is there any official statement by them? I have not read on that, can you please share the same here.

Naturally this news will be considered fake.

I never said AIIMS disowned him , I said they don't take responsibility of dr Sudhir's statement , when AIIMS is not taking responsibility how can report considered official ?

AIIMS puts onus on CBI

"A Medical Board was constituted by Dr. Sudhir K Gupta, Professor & Head, Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, AIIMS, New Delhi as per request received by him from CBI for providing expert opinion in the case relating to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The medical board has submitted the report directly to the CBI as required. Being a legal matter, any inputs on the report submitted by the Medical Board would have to be obtained from the CBI," read the AIIMS statement."

AIIMS has neither denied any claims made by Dr. Sudhir Gupta or shunned the responsibility of the report. They just mentioned that the details required from the report can only be obtained from CBI as they submitted their report to them and it's a legal matter. Hence I said that CBI can do a press conference and clear things out.

The doctors have more pressing things to address with their limited time. They don’t owe an explanation to anyone. Why waste their time in useless drama? Their time is precious.

No it's not useless drama. Them clearing it will do a lot. It will stop media from misguiding people. Agenda driven people will believe what they want but people who are just looking for answers and feel there has been some foul play should be told the truth. Let's be honest had mumbai police and Cooper hospital staff been professionals and not handled this case so clumsily things would not have escalated to this. I mean which postmortem report doesn't mention time of death?

Evidences have been destroyed so they can't do anything about it. The body isn't there anymore and lots of things around the incident have been tampered with.

Ok they don't have enough proof to declare it as murder but what's the proof that he committed suicide? Can they say it is suicide just because they cant find the proof to murder?

Very true. Everything has been so hush hush around his death. The timing isn't clear, neither the autopsy timing nor the report. If it was so straightforward suicide there was no need to hide anything. The two bodies that we saw being loaded into the ambulance, the people running around carrying black bin bags, what's the explanation for all that?

And to top it, everyone in BW wants to force it down our throats as suicide and depression. People like Deepika have voluntarily come forward with personal experience of depression. You can't say that a depressed person will definitely commit suicide because clearly she hasn't done it and so many others haven't either.

It is very clear that they are all saving each other's backs. Tight knitted BW! The unity amongst them is amazing I must say!! Or is it fear of someone or something????

Whoever is supporting it’s suicide ...because they are worried about thier favorites. How conveniently everything is ignored? Why Mumbai police and politicians are so riled up and having so many meetings if it’s suicide. But anyway good luck to your faves.
