I think sisters filed the writ petition today and Maneshinde didn't appear before the court because he was preparing documents for different case, Court is waiting for him

The Sisters moved the court to squash the case, it was denied. 7 charges are levied against them. The court said they won't interfere with the FIR. The CBI must investigate. It's a big deal.

Finally these sisters will also face law. They were having too much fun at someone's else expense.

Can CBI investigate IPS jija too for misuse of power?

It wasn't denied

The hearing would be in October 13, as manshinde didn't appeared.

And case is with cbi and no one is jail so need to hurry.

The plea alleged that Rhea Chakraborty was tarnishing Rajput's image by suggesting he was suffering from mental illnesses and was a drug addict.
