Main 2 chahti hu iss case main priyanka Reddy case ki tarah , rapist ka encounter hona chaiye lekin usse pehle unko itna torture karna chaiye ki vo khud bheek maange death ki .lekin political parties apni natunki shuru kar chuki hai.
