Vansh is very open and expressive about whom he Loves and those he Hates. The way he trapped Ridhima into the marriage cannot be only to draw out her mastermind. I feel his feelings are genuine and just like Ridhimas have changed during the course of her time witn him to her taking a bullet for him w/out thinking - even though at that point she was sure he wanted to harm her. Same is happening with Vansh - he felt something for her from their initial meet and it is continuing to develop and fuel his need to know who is using her and give that person a payback!
