Shahid or Hrithik: The better actor?

Who do you find a better actor between the two: Shahid Kapoor or Hrithik Roshan?

Before seeing Kabir Singh I’d say Hrithik, but now I feel Shahid is the better actor, he just barely ever gets opportunities to show it 🤷🏽‍♀️

In my opinion, Shahid is a much better actor than Hrithik.

I always felt Shahid was the better actor, have you seen Haider? He's phenomenal in it. It's true he gets scripts which are mediocre. He was also very good in Kaminey, a Vishal Bhardwaj movie, and his first film, Ishq Vishq.

Shahid is the more natural actor for sure.

HR is more charismatic, better screen presence and more of a complete package actor imo. However his performance can vary wildly based on the director. Shahid is more lowkey but consistent.

Shahid. Undoubtedly. Shahid had Haider in his filmography. That itself is enough to defeat any other actor's credentials right now. The only person I see defeating him in acting department is Rajkumar Rao cause Trapped.

shahid is more natural in contemporary love story and in comedy

hrithik I guess would be better in action and period , he completely fails in comedy

jodha Akbar better than Padmavati, but I think that was slb's fault to jib shahid and put emphasis on khilji, in a well written role and equal footing, shahid would have excelled. even with what he was given, I liked shahid's scenes.

kaminey, Haider, udta punjab, kabir singh , he was the character and you felt for the the characters, I didn't see shahid on screen

a flop movie with a bad script , Kunal Kohli's Teri meri kahani, really showed the bollywood range of both shahid and Priyanka, they were amazing as the characters in all 3 time periods, partition, 60's, contemporary, they just differentiated all 3 so well.

Hrithik, immensely more charismatic on screen, more diverse, more consistent and never had a performance where he blended into to the wood work like Padmivat even if his character was under cooked and the direction sucked.
