Then she doesn't even involve Mish in her celebrations and even rejects her thoughtful gift.

Though on a side note, I don't like the blue balloons for boys and pink balloons for girls concept either. I remember when in college, our female attending called out the nurses about the colour schemes on the paediatric ward rooms and they told her it's hospital policy and she made a face. Hilarious rounds we had!

From the precap, looks like the much awaited confession will take the EK/BT route where the whole thing will be deviated and covered up by a mishap and the FL will be blamed for it.
