I have a feeling Rakesh Asthana has been threatened to slow down the case. Asthana is BJP's guy but he was implicated in a bribery case in 2018. Although he was declared innocent, apparently there is no doubt about his guilt. Aghadi govt is using these proofs to shut the SSr probe.
