NCB is currently headed by 1984-batch Gujarat cadre IPS officer Rakesh Asthana, known for his long association with Narendra Modi and Amit Shah.

Asthana had to be moved out of the CBI in October 2018 following a public spat with then CBI director Alok Verma after he was booked by the agency in a bribery case. But he was given a clean chit in February this year after no evidence was found against him. In July 2019, Asthana was appointed the NCB’s director general and in August this year, he was also made the chief of Border Security Force (BSF)

and of course none of the righteous ppl here have an issue with this.. but who consumes what drug in their private life.. or (someone's smoking in some video.. but they aren't sure what they are smoking, could be cigarettes but who cares, let's hang them all, NOW.. LOL) that's an issue.. and of national interest. 😆

If they were questioned about his drug habit, they should keep quiet? What sort of rationale is this? Why should NCB question anyone in that case by that logic, because people can say whatever they want and Sushant is no longer alive to confirm it? Why have witnesses for any case?

Should we absolve everyone of their wrong doings just because they are gone?

No this thinking that SSR was an innocent little boy needs to stop. He was a human being and he did drugs. How he got them is getting investigated. People who had this knowledge prior would be investigated. All his co workers are getting investigated. Next in this list would be his family.

If SSR did drugs he was wrong too. It is the truth. If SSR warriors were not maligning everyone, this truth would have been hidden forever.
