Reports in media state that problems for Parth started when Anurag’s character was a bit sidelined, to take the Prerna-Bajaj story in front. However, we all know that the story however it would go, had to return finally to the love story of Anurag and Prerna. So we wonder whether Parth decided to quit the show for this reason.

But in few of his quotes available on the net regarding his exit from Kasautii Zindagii Kay, he has said that he wants to look at newer opportunities and test his acting skills in varied roles.

Also when he took the decision, there were rumours of him being roped in for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s movie Gangubhai Kathiawadi opposite Alia Bhatt. However, this was also proved wrong.

We now believe that Parth probably wanted a break amid the COVID difficulties in shoot.

Media's loove for parthu have decreased now since Parth has given interview to SBS in KZK2 farewell party. Also Parth is no more ignoring media now and has also given interview in occasion of 2 years celebration of KZK2. There were also articles posted where Parth describes about his 2 years journey of KZK2 as Anurag Basu. Due to all these reasons media's loove for parthu have decreased to an extent now😆🤣
