Good decision. That was my plan initially but I watched it later. Felt like ranting and I needed more ammunition. And I also like to be absolutely justified in my stance and for that I need to know exactly what transpired. Indisputably horrible episode.

@bold- while writing i was humming that tune but in a sarcastic way. Kahani ka koi saar pair to ha nehi.

Not that it matters anymore and anyway this is a rant post but I just want to point out that Mishti's character hasn't changed all that much. It's just an apparent change because of the situations she's been facing post lockdown and Abir/BP/BM's reduced support but if you recall (in minute details) she has been like this from the beginning, compelled to do things that damage her self respect because of her weakness for the ones she loves and her insecurities.

Bold: So True! 🤣 Nowadays everytime Abir calls her Angry Chorni I feel like sneering, kaun si angry chorni, kahan hai angry chorni? She died a long time back, now all is left is a crying, weak, self pitying, bullied and emotionally manipulated girl who has completely lost her wajood!

I’m also annoyed as hell with BadiMa and her mealy mouthed Gudiya Rani, always expecting Mishti to adjust with Kuhu and never the other way around! BM has pissed me off right from the start of the baby track with all her weird advice and loud baby discussions with Abir! 😵

Now the show has become unbearable with horrendous screenplay, dialogues, focusing on side characters evil intentions and so called insecurities!

I think initially the makers started the show with good intentions, the screenplay, dialogues, characterizations all were top notch! Right from the start our show became slot leader and MishBir’s popularity soared to the top! And that’s when the trouble began! RS didn’t like it that MishBir’s popularity crossed his favorite couple’s from PS and that’s when he started sabotaging Mishbir story. I think that started from Mishbir wedding itself which was totally sabotaged by Kuhu and writers! They even inserted long Anupama promos in between Mishbir wedding! 😡
Later during the 3 months lockdown the PH had plenty of time to think of the perfect strategy to end our show! RheSha are precious gems, their chemistry and performance elevated the show to another level plus the original concept was youth driven with unconventional leads. But RS ego and favoritism destroyed our show!

@bold

Exactly my thoughts. I blame abir and bari ma ( or rather the writer who just turned the most sensible character irrational) abir talking to mishti about baby and sharing his emotions was absolutely right but even before knowing her state of mind and her thoughts goes to bari ma and talks about it I mean really. Fir to aisa ban gaya jaise baccha nehi parliament mein koi bill pe charcha ho raha hai.

I mean every parents want that their childen should not face the hardship or troubles that they faced in their childhood but yeh thori na koi base hai to have a child. Its like a commitment. I mean its like I walked 5 km to reach school chalo I want a baccha so that I can send him/her to school in a car.

Ever woman has motherly instincts but does that mean she is ready to be a mother. I may have understood it wrong but that’s what I got form their dialogues. I was not happy with the logic.

Mishti's point of view was never shown.

Earlier her she used to put her point of views and which was heard and with abir guiding her she stood up for herself. Earlier i still to some extent justified her certain decision that she took under pressure but now i just cannot understand her logics and actions. The person who ask for courtship, breaks engagement, wants to wear specs, wants an identity of her own call herself manhoos just cz she cannot become mother. This is not the character that writers showed initially.

Congratulations on becoming Goldie🥳

Bold-True. She always had the tendency of compromising. Earlier she atleast had self respect which is also lost now

Bold: 😂😂 So true!

It’s called living life vicariously through your child! Like if I didn’t get a good childhood I must have a kid so I can enjoy my own childhood through my child. That’s not the right reason to have a child.

Mishti’s POV is never heard, she tries to express her POV, her opinions but Abir, BP, BM all railroad her into accepting what Majority wants or what Abir wants or even what Kuhu wants, Mishti has no voice in either family.
It’s not necessary that every woman should be excessively motherly and without a child her life would be a failure. I never felt Mishti is the overly maternal type plus she’s still very young and just married, she could have waited 4-5 years to have a child.

Bold-Exactly! Abir is like"Mujhe baby chahiye kyuki mai apna bachpan theek se bita nahi paya" Meenu is like"Mujhe asli waris chaahiye kyuki mai kabhi Abir ko control nahi kar payi"
