And alas, BB now joins the infinite list of TV shows that started on a promising note but eventually became a saas bahu drama and funnily enough there is no saas here. But u have an evil scheming saut, and a snobby father in law who disapproves of the daughter in law. Worse part they are making a child get involved in this mess. Sampurna is a grown up who should be capable of handling her family issues but since she isn the heroine of the show we see an 8 year old jumping in to save the day. It’s getting beyond dumb now. I stopped watching it a long time ago but just caught bits and pieces of recent episodes and that was enough for me to realise the makers had ruined this show too. Y can’t we have one decent show that doesn’t succumb to this saas bahu nonsense? Can’t audience continue to watch the show and encourage it to go ahead as per the vision the makers had initially planned? Somewhere we as an audience are to blame for the degradation of TV content

This is sooooo true. BB was supposed to be different. I had high hopes from BB, but seriously it is saas bahu sega now that too with an eight year old. I mean the traditional heroine stuff sacrificing, lying, betraying for GOD knows what lame reasons. Pile of misunderstandings with oblivious male main lead. In a weird twisted manner they have taken BB to the same pattern.

The main theme was supposed to be Anirudh rescuing Bondita and changing her life path...getting her educated and becoming a barrister and setting an example for all women of that time who were being denied education ... there really isn’t a need for this extended saudamini track...and basically they’ve done what they do in all dramas show a third Angle between the leads ...and here they’ve put a child in the Centre of this nonsense.. I’m also very disappointed....we want to see Bonditas education track...not saudamini or this soon to show ..brothel track ... I hope the makers get back on track quickly.

@bold - exactly. Not the kind of stuff an 8 year old should deal with in any era. R they really trying to show how an 8 year old will save the marriage of her adult cousin sister by arranging for her dowry or how she triumphs over an evil saut to save her suhaag? Bondita is no Gopi bahu. Right now this feels like SNS with Trilochan donning the shoes of Kokila aka Gopi bahu’s saas 🤢

So true. An 8 year old should be shown embarking on her journey to get educated and establish herself as an individual. Let’s say she was brainwashed by that God man. Can’t people realise she was a kid who made a mistake? At least Ani? What the hell is this? Even Saurabh gives her an earful. Saudamini’s track is annoying. Can’t they end it already? Brothel track? Good lord, what is this now 😳

Exactly for Anirudh to think Bondita was in partnership with brijwasi to loot the towns people is so ridiculous...I think he’s just upset that she lied to him...because obviously Bondita doesn’t want money ..she doesn’t have anything on her...this whole brijwasi track to get Anirudh to kick Bondita out of the house was so ridiculous...or at least it made Anirudh look ridiculous...because after everything he’s done for Bondita...he kicks her out of the hiuse because he thinks she was helping a con artist ...doesn’t make sense...🤦🏽‍♀️

You are soooo right about gopi bahu reference. All the nonsense in the precap chunari, suhagaan, chori hui aurat and what not. I miss old bondita she used to put everybody in their places. She acts so grown up now (dialogues n all) :/
As for ani he's an emotional & entitled, the way he brought bondita in everybody's life. She was a project given to himself. I feel this was gonna happen at some point but not like this, not in this way.

That precap was so annoying. What would a child know about being left by her husband? I do agree with u on the grown up part. Like seriously? They make her big sister confide in her about her dowry problems when what Sampurna should have done is have a chat with her parents coz they r the reason she is in this mess. What will that child know or what will she make out of this situation? Yes I expected Ani to give up but not now. Maybe a few years later when he realises a grown up and mature Bondita is not interested to pursue his goal. Being a well educated man doesn’t he realise this is just a child who has barely seen the world? How can he such a judgmental jerk?
