Technically it's the time when Pragya was considered dead. It's the time of 7 years leap in KKB. KKB took a leap while KDB stayed continuous.

It is a spin off in a differnt time. Matlab Kundali Bhagya is in the past, Kumkum Bhagya is in the present. Ya phir Kundali Bhagya is in the present aur Kumkum Bhagya is in the future. But pehle wala zyada sense make karta hai kyunke Corona virus ko zyada focus karke specifically Kumkum Bhagya mei hi dikhaya hai.
