we can also see when kunal was going to tell abir about kuhu's modelling project but he didn't bcoz if he told him about that then abir have to tell him the truth regarding aurrogacy so that her carrier doesn't affect by that

may be it is also one of the reason I am thinking that it is abir behind the fake surrogacy and after this drama he will adopt baby but later it will be revealed that mishti have no pregnancy complications😊
