The makers have to give a proper & convincing redemption track for Bani because no matter whom she killed (she didn't after all) but in her mind she did kill Veer's twin brother thinking it was Veer, on top of that, she didn't regret it. If Shukla didn't throw that magical dagger at Teer, Bani wouldn't have stopped & would have killed Teer anyway because she clearly had the intention of taking away someone's life. Even in the upcoming episodes she will try to put the corpse of Veer's twin brother in the moonlight (and I think she will succeed because in the promo, the coffin was shown empty) to enrage Veer & to compel him to attack her so that she can kill him. This extreme & bitter hatred that extends to killing someone is what making me dislike Bani. It is high time that she must, as you've pointed out, pause, introspect, connect the dots & then plan her course of action. I'm only scared of Veer losing his supernatural abilities by taking the arrow on himself to save someone who wants to kill him. This will be the second time that he has saved the sarvasreshth khaali khopdi Adi Naagin.
Exactly. They should give Bani a proper jaan ko Cheelo ke liye jokhim me dalkar bachane wala redemption. It would actually be a good trust-building exercise for the Cheel brothers and Bani. Thank God that Shukla threw that magical dagger at Teer, cause otherwise, Bani would have actually killed herself out of guilt later. But true, she wouldn't have stopped, but then I think Veer could have intervened and stopped Bani maybe, had not Shukla intervened.
I have seen Naagins have extreme hatred for their enemies in earlier seasons, but the problem here is that they are seemingly making the Cheels look villainous, yet you are feeling bad for them. In spite of them being criminals. And here we have Bani, who has touched only the surface of what she thinks is the truth, and then she remembers her previous life and is taking advantage of the fact that this lot does not remember their past. Which is rather unfair. They don't remember, they have not done anything till now that heinous that you have to kill them, at least not all of them. Bani on the other hand knows her past and present, she is using her past vendetta and strategizing in the present and killing people without mercy. And this does not settle well for me as a viewer. Firstly, Naagin is the heroine and we should connect with the Naagin and her revenge, but we all can see how baseless it is. Naagin is coming across more as a villain now, rather than the victim. And that should not be the case. The creatives really need to rewrite Bani's Adi Naagin character, her revenge, and redemption. As an Adi Naagin, she is strong, powerful, and all, but I cannot connect with her character at all.
