issue with sony is its fictional shows dont get much trp and its like ppl dont get access as widely to the channel compared to the other main 3 channels. Somehow kbc and idol and kapil show get trp but i think last yeat kbc wasnt all that high either.

Only good thing about sony is the fiction shows are more realistic and no gimmicky. Coz of kbc this season they are moving edkv2 to sonyliv app. The show was already in a diff slot and now this. At least there is hope they want to show the whole story coz the show was always slated to be finite.

Online popularity can do wonders if our Television industry, music industry and film industry starts producing good content

Korean shows and artists have seen unimaginable success because of online audience, at a point it was limited to USA

Sad part is that Indian content is bad everywhere

TRP is limited to a set of audience, BARC or any other agency should tie up with service providers like Tata Sky to get the data from every household instead of making us watch what roughly 50000 people are watching, we are over a billion people

There are hardly any shows to attract teenagers

Underlined-True Most of the content is family dramas and a very few are for kids. Many shows start on a good note but after sometime get so ugly. No wonder we are teased at school if we say we watch ITV. And on top of that most of the teens nowadays(including me) are either into K-dramas, anime or foreign shows

As much as I'd love to see Shaheer in Bollywood, I would be a little worried for him given the state of bollywood. I know he's already friends with Ekta and that movie offer during Salim Anarkali must have been from her only.
