.. Question #4 ..
Batman was first brought to life via ink and paper in 1939. Given his great sleuthing abilities that rivaled Sherlock Holmes, it was no surprise that within a year, he had managed to became an instant hit with the comic book fans. The immense success that his solo issues, along with the Detective Comics series he was appearing in, gave many TV and film producers an incentive to bring the Caped Crusader to the silver screens.
As five Badgers guessed right, Batman's popularity was first fleshed out by a director named Lambert Hillyer, in 1943.

Hillyer's Batman was highly famous not just for being the first to bring Batman to the screens, but also in creating specific elements that came to be a core staple of the Batman mythos.
The "Bat's Cave", the secret entrance inside the Wayne Manor, as well as the physical attributes that belong to Alfred - they were all derived from Hillyer's Batman.
Other answers provided were:
Leslie H. Martinson (1966): _._shibani_._, and guenhwyvar
Bill Finger (1939): SoniRSippu21
Tim Burton (1989): NitaReid
