Yes he's been inconsistent giving different interviews. He is free right now , has been called by agencies several times though.

@Bold - He knows. He called Sushant to let him know that Disha died. Sushant was shocked n told him he spoke to Disha just hour back. Then he told Sandeep whatever Disha narrated to Sushant (as to what happened at party). It was then that Sandeep called these culprits at party . This is in addition to Rhea calling those at party when Sushant told her that he will expose them. So he definitely know n was present after Sushant's death for cover up instructing police n overseeing as noone doubt this as murder.

Yes he is main witness n if CBI gets hold of him, Disha n Sushant's culprits will be behind bar , as they are exact people who killed Sushant too.I hope Rohan is alive though.

Article before ssr died was saying rohan cheated on her and disha was upset her fiancé cheated, his dirty secrets will be out. Maybe he is hiding because he’ll face the fire with his cheating, lies and etc or maybe he is scared. Don’t know but he was there that day, they lived together. I think Disha is a suicide case but if it helps people to clear out doubts than go ahead with investigation. But she had several people who was close her from childhood and boyfriend there. But ssr case I had doubts whether it’s abetting by money suicide or murder because he didn’t have anybody that cared for him that day, they all were users and suspicious.

disha has been Aishwarya’s manager for the longest time, she is an ex manager of ssr with only weeks working together, she was currently working with varun. It’s strange how some people want others who never worked with disha to speak up when actor actresses who she was friends with and people who worked with her are all silent. Her fiancé is silent. Since everyone close to her is silent, let the others who don’t know nothing to stay silent too. Her parents was not there with her that day so they don’t know but her friends and fiancé know what happened since they were there. If she was murder, shame on her childhood friends and fiancé to just watch her get killed. If she was suicide than it’s sad on what happened. But honestly speaking never knew disha until ssr’s name was attached to her.
