Selfish protagonists in BW movies?

Any movie where you found the protagonist to be selfish?

For me--

Bindu in Meri Pyaari Bindu was quite selfish as she entered into a relationship with Abhimanyu despite knowing he was crazy for her and she didn't reciprocate fully.

Chirag Dubey in Bareilly Ki Barfi was incredibly selfish as he was willing to play with others' lives to meet his end goal

Deepika in Break ke Baad is so selfish in the way she treats every important person/relationship in her life -her Mom, boyfriend Imran.

Again happens to Imran with Kareena in Gori tere pyaar mein. Just because you are social crusader doesn't mean you have to expect everyone in your life to follow the same creed.

The family from Dil Dhadakne do. Farhan was the worst. He didn't support Priyanka when she badly needed his support but instead chose to accept Anil's bribe. He got to have his cake and eat it too.

One of the best things about Rajneeti was Kat calling Ranbir on his selfish manipulation.
