Honestly, all you need to make an arrest in USA is meeting probable cause standard. In the USA even the family's complaint would have been enough. Anyone with morality knows a grieving family just does not make accusations for fun. Here they waited until they found that the entire family was involved in some crime. No it wasn't just weed. It was drug peddling. And bail pleas don't just get rejected. You need evidence that you will either try to tamper with evidence or flee justice. BJP has been in power for how long now? Why didn't they do this before? People were screaming for a CBI inquiry way before BJP did anything. Why didn't they take the chance after Sridevi died? Because people weren't outraged. No not even a legend of her level evoked the type of outrage Sushant's innocent smile did.

When NCB arrested her under non-bailable offences, it was patriarchy that led to her arrest under BJP fueled vendetta against libtards..

When ED came in, for a long time there was a cackling cacophony going around that nothing has been found against her (transfer of 24 lakhs, 10crores found in Jaya Saha's account notwithstanding).

You will end up hearing things like 50 lakhs??? No big deal. The remaining money must have been embezzled by his mercenary family.

When tomorrow ED will arrest her for some charges falling under their jurisdiction (which has a high probability of happening), it will again be patriarchy punishing a poor woman for using her boyfriend's money which according to her, is her right.

Her name has cropped up in Disha Salian, hence, inter-connected SSR case too.. I'll refrain from making any comments in this regard until something substantial emerges. But even if that happens we will know what will happen.

It is SSR was responsible for taking cognizance of his surroundings to loyal girlfriend Rhea

I don’t mean to sexist? But if this is a misogynistic witch hunt ? Than what did Bill Clinton face in the 1990s when his intimate details were being discussed in public. Mind you he didn’t even commit a crime. He was accused of adultery that is not a crime by law.

Even though Disha was not currently working with Sushant, but I remember, when Disha died, the news came that Sushant's ex manager died.

Now that I think about it , I feel, Disha's killers had already decided that they are going to eliminate Sushant soon, so they were just setting the context by linking Sushant's name. So that they can say that Sushant committed suicide because of this.

Otherwise, Disha had worked with so many other Bollywood actors, why not calling her their ex manager, rather than linking Sushant's name?

Mind if I borrow some of these lines. Basically to sum up my perspective of Bollywood’s argument. Fighting for justice (for what according to AIMs clearly seems to homicide involves patriarchy and misogyny) Therefore don’t fight for justice. Rhea doesn’t deserve misogyny and patriarchy. But Sushant doesn’t deserve justice ???

My mom was the first to expect murder due to the Disha link. It was promoted as his ex-manager. I suspected something fishy when I was saw how the police were so sure that it was suicide the first day. Without doing much or any investigation at all. How they were in a rush to close the case.
