Why did the justice for Sushant campaign turn toxic?

Hate-mongering. Witch-hunting. That's what justice for Sushant has turned into. Something which started out with right intentions became a toxic mess of bullying, right-wing propaganda, and misogyny. The narrative which should have been one of examining the dismantling of a fragile mind by the forces of nepotism and favoritism got corrupted mid-way with scums such as Kangana using his death for her personal agenda. This new angle of drugs seems to me hypocritical at best and has little or nothing to do with Sushant's death.

Twitter has become such an ugly place with people hating celebrities for no rhyme or reason. These are the same people who actually have skeletons in their own cupboard, because only unhappy people can harbour so much hate in their hearts. I'm not saying Bollywood celebrities are perfect. But aren't we all flawed? Isn't it hypocritical of us to place them on a pedestal in the first place? Their role is to entertain us, not live upto forced ideals.

The very idea of justice for Sushant was to prevent hate and bullying from getting the better of us. But look what we have turned into -- the very forces that we are trying to critique.

The unemployment rate in this country is too damn high and Ambani uncle has put a smart phone in the hand of every one.

I blame kangana ,krk, arnab and media for this. At first it was okay even if everyone had their own selfish reason to interfere in the case but they should have left this when it was handed over to CBI. The case is totally out of track now.

In short: Truth is bitter.

These celebrities have no problem when they are placed on pedestals and thank fans etc, but the moment they are criticised , the same fans become trolls..

Also, this is not a twitter movement. Majority pf people in the country and across the globe share the same feeling. This case would not have opened up without the people of India voicing their opinion.

If the real culprits are caught, influential people will think twice before committing such murder.

Once justice is done, the anger of people will alleviate..

Active PR, IT cell, Kangana using this to settle scores, TV news peddlers like Arnab and Navika using this to distract questions to the centre on actual issues

Sure he couldve been murdered but nothing of that has come to light. An maybe some people couldve knew what he was gonna do and didnt stop him. But their getting farther and farther away from proving that

It's been toxic from the beginning. For two months, they slandered everyone - Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Khans...then turned to harass Rhea. Now we've moved to Sara, Rakul, and god know who else will be next.

When nobody said anything, they had a lot of fun spewing poison. Now that Rhea is getting some support and people like Jaya and others are starting to fight back, the same abusive people are acting victimized now.

2/3 days after the death a case was brought against Bhai/KJO/Ekta. Ridiculous

You find those papers on Ebay for a small fee 😆

Simple. Its toxic because none of the people who are involved in this are completely honest and devoid of personal agendas.
