I am assuming they all will be tested for corona virus first and then will be locked in a house. If anyone tests negative I doubt they will put them in the house.

Already BiggBoss telugu started and yes they will be quarantined like for 14 days. In Tamil also it is starting soon.

Big Brother is also running in the US currently in Covid-19, BB Telegu is also running now, BB Tamil on the way to premiere soon in a month. BB is more safer to produce in these corona times.
