Drugs is illegal. Period. If anyone indulges with it they have to face the repurcussions accordingly. The punishment that they would get under law depends on the level of their indulgence with illegal procurement or consumption.

No proper rehabilitation centers/ awareness programs/ medicinal facilities and infrastructure available in the country? The government should be sued to.

Just like that, weed is pretty common in colleges across India, and in parties with young people.
