Well even the legal age of drinking is 25 in many states in India. How many follow it? They are all illegal. And most Indians flout this rule.

Downloading pirated music is also illegal. So is watching a pirated film etc. But many people do these things despite their being illegal.

Just like that, weed is pretty common in colleges across India, and in parties with young people.

Heck, homosexuals were also illegal two years ago, despite India still having a thriving gay culture.

However, action is not taken on these things because they are not enforceable, unless you really want to pin a guy down, then you will find some absurd rule, like the sedition law and slap it against people you don't like.

I am sure all bad things are connected in some way. So give your gyan to someone else.

Some accusations at Rhea are really strange, "should she have allowed a depressed man to take drugs?". Whoa.. how old was he? 2? Was she his mother or he a kid?

I also read the FIR filed by his family stated, "Didn't support him when he wanted to leave the industry and move to Kerela." Was it her personal responsibility to baby a grown man. Doesn't make sense to me. This sounds preposterous indeed and I hope that's not true.

Nothing about the case adds up.

N B investigation is not based on media trail. They need evidence otherwise they would be reprimanded in court. When the case is already a sentive one why will they risk their career to save or trap someone.
